Target Group

The first target group are the educators working in the field of adult education .

The second target group are adults from disadvantaged grouos aged between 35- 55.
ACCESSIBILTY & INCLUSION of pupils facing access barriers or having fewer opportunities is the key objective of DIGISHIP project.
Societies are increasingly diverse in many respects (cultures, abilities, social groups, sexualities, political opinions, identities, education, training, literacy levels etc.). This results in a greater need to learn to navigate diversity and to create inclusive and cohesive societal systems, through informal, formal and non-formal educational activities.

DIGISHIP involves adults with fewer opportunities in life, which put them at a disadvantaged situation compared to their peers as to participating in the programmes and/or in education and training systems. These are migrants -refugees , low educated and people without professions ,ethnic and national minorities, unemployed, neets, people in age 50+ and from depressive urban and rural areas whom the partners focus on in general in thier work.
The Project sets out to embrace and celebrate diversity so that difference becomes a positive source for learning rather than the cause for negative competition and prejudice.
